Requirements9
- 15+ years building customer service roles with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading teams in fast-paced environments
- 3Certified in relevant insurance certification programs
- 4Proven ability to handle high volume calls with efficiency
- 5Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 6Experience with CRM platforms and scheduling software
- 7Certification in advanced customer relationship management techniques
- 8Demonstrated leadership capabilities in team settings
