What You'll Do6
- 1Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone directing them to appropriate team members

- 5Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs
- 6Support the team with administrative tasks and projects
Requirements6
- 1Previous experience in receptionist or customer service roles
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- 3Organizational abilities and multitasking capacity
- 4Comfortable conducting sales conversations
- 5Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- 6Bilingual Spanish preferred
