What You'll Do8

  • 1Sort incoming linens at the sort station, maintaining a 97%+ accuracy rate while twisting, turning, and bending to feed vacuum tubes.
  • 2Operate the soil hang station, lifting product carts and hanging linens according to quality standards.
  • 3Run the belt station, moving materials from one point to another while monitoring for quality issues.
  • 4Push product carts weighing up to 50 lbs to workstations, adjusting for product type variability.
  • 5Stand for the full 8-hour shift, performing repetitive motions while meeting production output targets.
  • 6Certify on each operation by completing a check-off list covering safety, production, and quality criteria, with supervisor sign-off.
  • 7Adapt to changing work assignments based on daily production requirements, including overtime when needed.
  • 8Complete annual safety training and equipment operations training to maintain certification.
