- 1Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and answering questions
- 2Stock merchandise using freight and organize shelves
- 3Support store operations by verifying deliveries and using equipment
- 4Maintain a safe clean environment following hazardous material procedures
- 5Operate store equipment including scanners and forklifts
- 6Pitch in as a team player to complete additional tasks
- 7Use Orders App to pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders
- 8Load delivery orders ensuring quality and safe loading practices
- 9Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer issues
- 10Communicate proactively with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction
- 11Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
Requirements3
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience
- 23 months experience operating forklift power equipment
- 36 months experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking
