What You'll Do10
- 1Deliver SMART customer service by assisting shoppers answering questions and offering project support
- 2Stock merchandise by unloading freight down‑stocking organizing shelves and setting up pallets
- 3Support store operations by verifying deliveries completing dock prep and operating equipment like pallet jacks and forklifts
- 4Maintain a safe clean environment following procedures for hazardous materials equipment use and housekeeping
- 5Operate store tools including scanners Zebra phones and balers
- 6Pitch in as a team player to complete additional tasks such as using the Orders App to pick and stage flatbed delivery orders
- 7Load delivery orders ensuring quality safety and accurate loading practices
- 8Rotate orders by delivery date and resolve customer order issues
- 9Communicate proactively with customers to guarantee delivery satisfaction
- 10Execute Delivery Readiness best practices
Requirements3
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience
- 23 months experience operating forklift power equipment such as lifts and order pickers
- 36 months experience in a warehouse handling inventory and stocking
