What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver SMART customer service by assisting shoppers and answering product questions
- 2Stock merchandise using pallet jacks and forklifts to organize shelves
- 3Verify deliveries and prepare dock areas for incoming shipments
- 4Maintain safety protocols for equipment operation and hazardous material handling
- 5Operate scanning devices and communication tools to improve efficiency
- 6Collaborate with team members to complete additional fulfillment tasks
- 7Use the Orders App to pick and stage flatbed delivery orders
- 8Rotate and resolve customer order issues through proactive communication
- 9Support Pro Fulfillment duties including load preparation and delivery readiness
- 10Adhere to strict safety guidelines for heavy lifting and workplace hazards
- 11Contribute to community initiatives promoting diversity and inclusion
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 23 months experience operating forklifts or power equipment
- 36 months warehouse inventory handling experience
- 4Physical ability to lift 75 pounds individually
- 5Commitment to safe workplace practices
