What You'll Do8
- 1Deliver SMART customer service by assisting customers and answering product questions
- 2Stock merchandise by unloading freight, down-stocking, and organizing pallets on the sales floor
- 3Verify deliveries and complete dock prep using pallet jacks and forklifts
- 4Maintain a safe environment by following hazardous material procedures and housekeeping standards
- 5Operate store tools including scanners, Zebra phones, and balers as needed
- 6Pick and stage Flatbed Delivery orders using the Orders App in Pro Fulfillment stores
- 7Load delivery orders with accuracy and rotate stock by delivery date to resolve issues
- 8Communicate with customers to ensure delivery satisfaction and readiness
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 23 months experience operating forklift or power equipment like lifts and order pickers
- 36 months experience in warehouse inventory handling and stocking
- 4Ability to lift up to 75 pounds safely and follow lifting guidelines
- 5Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, or overnight shifts
