What You'll Do8
- 1Arrive on time for each showing or appointment and professionally represent Pure Realty.
- 2Provide access to properties for buyers, inspectors, and other agents.
- 3Show the property to prospective buyers and answer their questions.
- 4Communicate effectively with the requesting agent before and after the showing.
- 5Complete feedback forms after each appointment to relay observations.
- 6Manage your own schedule and accept or decline showing requests based on your availability.
- 7Participate in Pure Realty's Leads Program to develop your own client pipeline.
- 8Attend training sessions provided by Pure Realty to improve showing techniques and market knowledge.

- 1Hold an active Texas real estate license.
- 2Be a member of a local REALTOR® association and MLS.
- 3Live within approximately 30 minutes of Cedar Park, TX.
