Overview
You will pair with top producing agents and run showings for buyer clients across Phoenix, backed by a full sales and admin team. This role is full time, client-centered, and built for an agent who wants to grow their own book. You manage the showing process from scheduling to feedback, while the lead agent handles contracts and negotiations. Arizona Real Estate License required, but we can help you get it. This is not a side gig: it is a career path to full-time independent agent.
What You'll Do8
- 1Schedule and attend showings for buyer clients, including access to homes under contract for measuring and inspections.
- 2Respond to all buyer client calls, emails, and texts within the hour to arrange showings and provide updates.
- 3Provide prompt feedback to clients and listing agents after every showing to keep the process moving.
- 4Refine buyer needs based on home visits and recommend additional properties that match their criteria and budget.
- 5Attend home inspections, pre-closing walkthroughs, and closings to support the client and lead agent.
- 6Build your own pipeline through prospecting and lead follow-up, using our CRM and marketing tools.
- 7Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients, turning viewings into sales.
- 8Work independently on the road, managing your schedule and travel between properties.
Requirements7
- 1Arizona Real Estate License or willingness to obtain it with our support.
- 21+ years in residential real estate or a strong desire to commit full time.
- 3Skilled with CRM platforms and marketing/lead technologies or able to learn quickly.
- 4Professional presentation and communication in person, phone, and email.
- 5Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- 6Comfortable with extensive driving across the Phoenix metro area.
- 7Willingness to build your own client pipeline in addition to team showings.
