Buyer's Sales Agent at a high-volume Phoenix team. Meet 3-5 pre-scheduled, verified buyers weekly from Zillow leads, tour homes, and sign buyer representation agreements. You own the buyer relationship from first tour to closing, backed by a full support staff handling admin, transactions, and marketing. No cold calling, no prospecting grind. Plug into a system that books your appointments and fuels your pipeline with 30+ active listings.
What You'll Do7
- 1Meet pre-scheduled, verified buyers at homes and deliver our proven buyer presentation on why they should work with our team.
- 2Earn the buyer's commitment and get the buyer representation paperwork signed at the appointment.
- 3Show additional homes and guide buyers through their search until they find the right one.
- 4Write, present, and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers.
- 5Host open houses on our team's listings, capture every visitor's information, and enter each lead into our CRM for the ISA team to follow up and book.
- 6Support new listing launches through open houses, showings, and matching buyers to inventory.
- 7Follow the team's systems and stay in close communication with our admin, transaction, and ISA teams to keep every deal moving smoothly.
Requirements7
- 1Active Arizona real estate license (or actively in the process of obtaining one).
- 2Reliable vehicle, a smartphone, and a lockbox (or willingness to get one).
- 3Strong people skills - personable, confident, and able to build rapport and earn trust quickly.
- 4Coachable and genuinely excited to be trained on our team's proven systems and scripts.
- 5Self-motivated, dependable, and highly responsive to buyers and teammates.
- 6Available for showings and open houses, including some evenings and weekends.
- 7Comfortable using technology and a CRM to manage leads and stay organized.
