Overview
Assist on real estate closings for residential and commercial transactions at a small Georgia firm. Own title examinations and related drafting, research, and review. Collaborate with lenders, brokers, and agents while maintaining strict deadlines and high attention to detail. This role offers growth toward partnership for self-starters and is based in person in Dallas GA.
What You'll Do6
- 1Build and manage real estate closings for residential and commercial transactions
- 2Draft and analyze title examinations and related transactional documents
- 3Prepare and issue title insurance commitments and policies and exclusions
- 4Research legal precedents and draft a wide range of transactional documents
- 5Meet with lenders, brokers, agents, and multiple parties to coordinate transactions
- 6Work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational skills and deadlines
Requirements5
- 1Licensed to practice law in Georgia
- 21+ years of experience in real estate transactions and or land titles
- 3Experience with title examinations and closings preferred
- 4Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- 5Ability to work in a small firm environment and meet deadlines
Salary Insight
$80 - $90k per year
