What You'll Do6

  • 1Build and manage real estate closings for residential and commercial transactions
  • 2Draft and analyze title examinations and related transactional documents
  • 3Prepare and issue title insurance commitments and policies and exclusions
  • 4Research legal precedents and draft a wide range of transactional documents
  • 5Meet with lenders, brokers, agents, and multiple parties to coordinate transactions
  • 6Work independently and as part of a team with strong organizational skills and deadlines

Requirements5

  • 1Licensed to practice law in Georgia
  • 21+ years of experience in real estate transactions and or land titles
  • 3Experience with title examinations and closings preferred
  • 4Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 5Ability to work in a small firm environment and meet deadlines
