Overview

What You'll Do10
- 1Show homes to buyer clients and assist other team agents
- 2Develop buyer relationships and guide them through the home buying process
- 3Prospect and follow up to build your own client pipeline
- 4Identify opportunities to work with homeowners and grow into listing agent
- 5Coordinate showings, inspections, walkthroughs, and closings with clients and agents
- 6Provide timely showing feedback and maintain CRM notes
- 7Attend inspections, final walkthroughs, and other appointments as needed
- 8Support senior agents with transactions and contract-related tasks
- 9Participate in team training and accountability activities
- 10Build toward productive full-service buyer and listing agent status
