Overview
RBT Behavior Technicians at AchieveBetter ABA implement ABA therapy plans for clients with autism. You will work under BCBAs in home and clinical settings, supporting skill development and independence. The role offers $23-$30 per hour and flexible scheduling. This is a contract position in Charlotte, NC, with a supportive team and ongoing training.
What You'll Do7
- 1Implement ABA therapy plans designed by BCBAs
- 2Conduct one-on-one sessions with clients in home and clinical settings
- 3Record data on client progress and behavior
- 4Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust therapy plans
- 5Provide feedback to clients and families
- 6Attend team meetings and complete training
- 7Adhere to ethical guidelines in therapy delivery
Requirements7
- 1RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- 2Fluent in Arabic
- 3Experience with autism or developmental disabilities
- 4Strong understanding of ABA principles
- 5Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 6Ability to work independently and in a team
- 7Patient and compassionate attitude
