What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct detailed chemical and physical analyses of raw materials using spectroscopy chromatography dissolution potentiometric titrations viscosity pH conductivity Karl Fisher specific gravity loss on drying residue on ignition
- 2Oversee quality control of incoming raw materials and verify compliance with company standards
- 3Troubleshoot material-related issues and identify root causes
- 4Analyze raw material problems and implement effective solutions
- 5Maintain accurate records of specifications test methods and results
- 6Review and release raw data for certificates of analysis
- 7Prepare detailed reports for management and regulatory purposes
- 8Author and revise technical documents including specifications test methods and SOPs
- 9Ensure raw materials meet GMP FDA ICH ISO 17025 regulations
- 10Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
- 11Maintain a safe and organized laboratory environment
Requirements11
- 15+ years building raw material quality programs with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading analytical teams
- 3Bachelor’s in Chemistry or related field
- 4Minimum 6 years experience in chemistry or quality control preferred
- 5Proficiency with HPLC and GC testing techniques
- 6Knowledge of Karl Fisher titration methods
- 7Ability to operate Empower software
- 8Experience with GMP and FDA regulations
- 9Familiarity with ISO 17025 standards
- 10Strong communication skills for reporting and collaboration
- 11Commitment to workplace safety and organization
Salary Insight
$90 - $100k per year
