Ramp Agent, Ground Handling at Piedmont Airlines
Overview
Ramp Agent in a fast-paced outdoor airport environment responsible for baggage handling and servicing aircraft. You will operate motorized service vehicles, de-ice aircraft, and assist with cabin maintenance while meeting company goals and customer expectations. Training will be provided through a ramp agent course and you will join a team that values service and reliability. This role offers opportunities to grow within a customer-focused aviation team.
What You'll Do6
- 1Load and unload baggage and cargo to support on-time aircraft turnarounds
- 2Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment to service aircraft
- 3Guide and park aircraft safely on the ramp
- 4Perform cabin maintenance tasks as needed
- 5De-ice aircraft and ensure readiness for departures
- 6Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 3Ability to pass 10-year criminal history records check and drug screen
- 4Minimum 18 years of age
- 5Successful completion of ramp agent training course
