Rage Room Attendant, Customer Service & Setup
Overview
You will own the full session cycle at a high-volume rage room: stocking, cleaning, and resetting after each booking. You will support mobile rage room events and handle heavy equipment, with sessions running back-to-back. You will report directly to the owner and keep the facility safe and ready for every customer. This role stands out for its physical, fast-paced environment and straightforward duties.
What You'll Do7
- 1Stock equipment before each session to ensure all tools are ready.
- 2Clean the rage room and general facility after each session, including sweeping and wiping surfaces.
- 3Take out trash and dispose of debris safely and efficiently.
- 4Move large items such as props, pallets, and heavy equipment as needed.
- 5Set up the rage room for each session, arranging targets and safety barriers.
- 6Assist with storage organization and inventory of breakable items.
- 7Support mobile rage room events by loading and unloading equipment at off-site locations.
Requirements7
- 1Ability to lift 50+ lbs on a regular basis.
- 2Comfort with loud noises, including glass breaking and objects being smashed.
- 3Availability to work Thursday through Saturday, with flexibility for mobile event scheduling.
- 4Reliable transportation to Durham, NC 27705.
- 5Consistent attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- 6Ability to follow detailed directions without supervision.
- 7Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
