What You'll Do11

- 2Document patient demographics medical and referral information
- 3Answer telephone calls triage messages and provide patient information

Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent
- 20-1 year customer service experience preferred
- 3Medical terminology knowledge
- 4Experience with Epic EMR system
- 5Ability to use Microsoft Outlook Excel and data entry tools
- 6Strong communication interpersonal and team skills
- 7Judgment in handling confidential information
- 8Detail-oriented accuracy in data entry
- 9High volume call handling capability
