Quick Lube Technician - Cal's AutoCare Columbus
Overview
You will own the lube bay at Cal's AutoCare & Quick Lube, serving Columbus drivers for 50+ years. You'll handle oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks for a growing customer base. Work alongside a tight-knit crew in a family-owned shop. This role offers commission on top of competitive pay, with immediate hiring.
What You'll Do6
- 1Perform oil changes and filter replacements on a variety of vehicles from 8am to 3pm, Monday through Friday.
- 2Inspect tires, brakes, and suspension components during routine service.
- 3Top off engine coolant, windshield washer fluid, and power steering fluid.
- 4Complete multi-point inspections and report findings to customers.
- 5Maintain a clean and organized work bay, following safety protocols.
- 6Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and repairs as needed.
Requirements6
- 11+ year mechanical experience or lube tech training.
- 2Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- 3Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- 4Basic hand tool knowledge and familiarity with oil filter types.
- 5Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (avoided buzzword? Actually, generic claim; replace with 'dynamic service bays')
- 6Open to Monday-Friday shifts, no weekends.
