What You'll Do11
- 1Change oil and oil filters in cars and light trucks
- 2Provide automobile tire care including installation repair and rotation
- 3Inspect and top off engine fluids
- 4Lubricate frontend parts as needed
- 5Perform accurate vehicle inspections focusing on belts hoses brakes
- 6Move and operate customer vehicles into and out of service bays
- 7Maintain positive customer relationships
- 8Collaborate with coworkers and management to ensure productivity
- 9Keep tools equipment and work areas clean and functional
- 10Maintain a safe organized work area
- 11Represent the company professionally with trust honesty and respect
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma GED or equivalent
- 2One year or more years of experience in basic car care
- 3Customer-focused attitude and teamwork skills
- 4Mechanical inclination
- 5Valid driver's license
- 6Ability to pass drug test and background screening
- 7Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- 8Top-notch customer service with desire for long-term trust
- 9Willingness to work Saturdays
- 10Physical stamina for prolonged standing stooping bending and lifting
- 11Capacity to exert force ranging from 10-100 lbs as required
