What You'll Do8
- 1Work side by side with Quality Engineers and execute tasks related to Quality monitoring for SolarEdge Products manufactured in Flex Austin
- 2Be part of the local SolarEdge Quality team located at Flex Austin and contribute to meeting the goal of high Quality and Reliability products production
- 3Work with full cooperation with Flex Austin Quality and Production teams to achieve Quality Targets and Goals
- 4Assemble modules and systems using technical skills learned from electrical and mechanical drawings
- 5Identify log and troubleshoot issues that arise during production
- 6Maintain ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
- 7Demonstrate good verbal and writing skills
- 8Obtain certification in IPC-A-610 IPC-A-620 IPC-7011/7021 J-STD-002/003 preferred
Requirements11
- 1Technical post-high school education in Electronics Electro-Mechanics or Mechanics Technicon
- 2Additional Education in Quality Assurance
- 3At least 3 years experience in Quality of multidisciplinary electronics mass production at OEM Contract Manufacturers
- 4Proven experience in different production methodologies technologies and processes of High-end Electronics Electro-Mechanics and Mechanical Products
- 5Knowledge of reading Electrical and Mechanical drawings and good technical skills for assembly
- 6Ability to work on shifts
- 7Good personal skills
- 8Good knowledge in computing Microsoft Office must others advantage
- 9Good verbal and writing skills
- 10Standing required for at least 7 hours per day occasional bending and stooping
