- 1Bachelor's Degree with 8 years quality manufacturing experience
- 2Master's Degree with 6 years quality manufacturing experience
- 33+ years leading quality teams
- 4Union employee leadership experience
- 5Secret clearance ability
- 6US citizenship required
- 7Experience with ISO9001 AS9100 certification process
- 8Green/Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certification
- 9Proficiency with Excel Minitab Tableau
- 10Root Cause Corrective Action training
- 11Knowledge of Material Review Board processes
