Detail oriented Quality Inspector for a manufacturing firm in Minneapolis MN. On the floor performing first article inspections of aerospace/defense machined parts. What You'll Do9
- 1Perform first article quality checks on production floor
- 2Inspect very tight tolerance aerospace parts
- 3Work closely with machinists to assure parts are perfect
- 4Test machined parts for aerospace and defense use
- 5Utilize CMM-Brown and Sharp Hexagon experience as a plus
- 6Measure parts using PCD mis
- 7Apply solid GD&T and blueprint reading
- 8Maintain good MS Office skills
- 9Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal

- 1Solid background in mechanical inspection of very tight tolerance parts
- 2Experience testing machined parts for aerospace and defense use
- 3Certification in CPC Card
- 4BCBA certification preferred
- 5AWS Certified experience preferred
- 65+ years experience
- 73-5 seasons experience
- 8Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent
