What You'll Do9

  • 1Perform first article quality checks on production floor
  • 2Inspect very tight tolerance aerospace parts
  • 3Work closely with machinists to assure parts are perfect
  • 4Test machined parts for aerospace and defense use
  • 5Utilize CMM-Brown and Sharp Hexagon experience as a plus
  • 6Measure parts using PCD mis
  • 7Apply solid GD&T and blueprint reading
  • 8Maintain good MS Office skills
  • 9Demonstrate strong communication skills both written and verbal

  • 1Solid background in mechanical inspection of very tight tolerance parts
  • 2Experience testing machined parts for aerospace and defense use
  • 3Certification in CPC Card
  • 4BCBA certification preferred
  • 5AWS Certified experience preferred
  • 65+ years experience
  • 73-5 seasons experience
  • 8Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent
