Overview
As an Entry Level Inspector at Wipro Givon USA in Seattle, Washington, you will own first-article, final assembly, and receiving inspections for machined and sheet metal parts. What You'll Do8
- 1Perform first-part, in-process, first-article, and final inspections using CMM, calipers, bore gages, micrometers, and height gages.
- 2Conduct receiving inspections on raw materials, purchase complete parts, and hardware using Rockwell Hardness Testers and Electrical Conductivity Testers.
- 3Process NCRs and DMRs by entering data into computer systems and managing part flow.
- 4Verify functional testing of assembled components and review work orders for completeness and accuracy.
- 5Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process specifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- 6Use online data systems to verify customer specs and track work in progress.
- 7Recommend modifications to quality methods to improve equipment capability and product quality.
- 8Maintain quality records and support internal and customer audits.
Requirements9
- 10-2 years experience as a Quality Inspector or similar role.
- 2Ability to read and interpret aircraft drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- 3Proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T).
- 4Experience with precision measuring devices like calipers, micrometers, and height gages.
- 5Strong math skills including probability, statistical inference, plane geometry, and trigonometry.
- 6Familiarity with NCR and DMR processes.
- 7Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
- 8U.S. Person status per ITAR regulations.
- 9Physical ability to stand up to 10 hours, lift up to 10 lbs frequently, and perform repetitive hand motions.
