What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct examinations and quality control inspections on products materials and components at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with established quality and reliability standards
- 2Analyze statistical data from processes to confirm compliance or identify deviations
- 3Perform visual inspections of soldered connections mechanical inspections of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
- 4Prepare documentation for reporting acceptance rejection of inspected items
- 5Identify design process or other inefficiencies and report quality concerns
- 6Perform routine quality inspections on engineering designs assemblies piece parts final assemblies and tooling
- 7Conduct internal audits and follow up corrective actions
- 8Maintain regular attendance and work nights weekends variable schedules and additional hours as needed
Requirements8
- 1Secondary Certificate or High School Diploma combined with relevant work experience
- 22 - 5 years of relevant experience
- 3Ability to follow job instructions with minimal supervision
- 4Strong attention to detail and systematic QA approach
- 5Skilled in using test equipment as prescribed
- 6Capability to interpret engineering drawings charts diagrams and sketches
- 7Proficient computer skills
- 8U.S. citizenship permanent residency political asylum status refugee status due to ITAR regulations
