Advanced inspector responsible for complex inspections supporting engineering teams and ensuring compliance with tight tolerance and regulatory requirements. This role drives continuous improvement and product reliability within the Surgical Team.
What You'll Do9
- 1Perform complex inspections on precision components and medical devices
- 2Interpret advanced GD&T specifications
- 3Set up and operate advanced equipment including CMM and Keyence systems
- 4Lead and review First Article Inspections
- 5Conduct root cause analysis on nonconforming parts
- 6Mentor and support junior inspectors
- 7Collaborate with engineering on inspection methods and fixtures
- 8Drive quality assurance across manufacturing operations
- 9Manage nonconformances and ensure on-time delivery
Requirements6
- 1High School Diploma with technical training preferred
- 25–8+ years of inspection experience
- 3Working knowledge of GD&T
- 4Experience with CMM operation
- 5Familiarity with ERP systems Oracle or Agile
- 6Exposure to CAPA and quality systems ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (CQI)
