Quality Compliance Analyst DePuy Synthes
Overview
Quality Compliance Analyst leads SOX reporting and compliance for DePuy Synthes Customer Service. This role owns document management and drives continuous improvement across regulated environments. You will influence strategy and support senior leadership.
What You'll Do11
- 1Support and operate within a risk-based Quality Management System framework
- 2Act as Customer Service SME for SOX financial reporting Quality and Compliance
- 3Benchmark and implement standard methodologies for internal and external stakeholders
- 4Lead and manage supply chain initiatives using FPX methodology
- 5Conduct lessons learned after project implementation to enhance processes
- 6Drive documentation management and Job Function Curriculum development
- 7Manage regional change control documentation for on-time delivery
- 8Oversee annual training reviews and key performance indicators
- 9Develop and evaluate metrics for customer service document management
- 10Complete required compliance training by deadlines
- 11Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency
Requirements11
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering Supply Chain Life Sciences Business or related field
- 22 to 4 years experience in Quality Compliance or Supply Chain within regulated industries
- 3Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
- 4Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- 5Experience with audit processes CAPA change management or supplier quality activities
- 6Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement methodologies
- 7Ability to work in cross-functional teams and diverse environments
- 8Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 9Attention to detail for accurate documentation management
- 10English language proficiency required
- 11Travel up to 10 percent domestically or internationally
