- 3Support deployment and enhancement of regulatory systems maintaining data integrity and usability
- 4Oversee change management for regulatory system updates integrations and enhancements
- 5Ensure regulatory processes align with internal policies quality system requirements and applicable regulations
- 6Support audits inspections related to regulatory systems and data
- 7Monitor regulatory and system-related changes assessing impacts on tools processes and integrations
- 8Drive continuous improvement initiatives enhancing regulatory system efficiency scalability and compliance
- 9Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate regulatory systems across organizational units
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Regulatory Affairs Information Systems Engineering Life Sciences or related field required Advanced degree or professional certification preferred
- 2Typically 6-8 years progressive experience in regulatory systems regulatory operations IT integration or related regulated industry roles
- 3Strong understanding of regulatory processes and data requirements ability to translate regulatory business needs into system solutions
- 4Preferred experience in medical devices healthcare or other highly regulated environments familiarity with RIM systems audit support experience
- 5Global or matrixed organization background demonstrated leadership in system or process improvement effective communication and project management skills
