What You'll Do8
- 1Design and execute functional, black-box, integration, and system tests on Java web applications, documenting outcomes in JIRA.
- 2Build and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and TestNG, reducing regression time by 30% within 90 days.
- 3Perform accessibility testing against WCAG 2.1 standards using Axe and screen readers, ensuring compliance with ADA.
- 4Coordinate with developers to resolve defects, verifying fixes and updating test cases in ALM.
- 5Develop test plans and traceability matrices for new features, covering 100% of acceptance criteria.
- 6Execute end-to-end workflows across the case management system, validating data integrity and performance under load.
- 7Mentor junior QA staff on automation best practices and exploratory testing techniques.
- 8Participate in agile ceremonies, providing QA input and estimating test efforts.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of experience in software quality assurance with a focus on web application testing.
- 23+ years of hands-on automation experience with Selenium WebDriver and Java.
- 3Strong knowledge of SQL for backend data validation and test data setup.
- 4Experience with JIRA for defect tracking and ALM for test management.
- 5Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards and tools like Axe.
- 6Proven ability to write clear, concise test cases and defect reports.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8Experience in the judicial or legal domain is a plus.
