Overview

Perform independent inspection functions to verify product conformance to specifications. Monitor processes and enforce quality policies at scale. This role differs by overseeing QA/QC Director support and handling full lifecycle inspections from receipt to distribution.

What You'll Do14

  • 1Conduct and document inspections checks tests and sampling from receipt to packaging and distribution
  • 2Assist QA/QC Director in oversight of QA activities and training
  • 3Monitor production to ensure adherence to cGMP and SOPs
  • 4Perform line clearance for removal of previous products components and foreign materials
  • 5Execute first article and in-process inspections
  • 6Communicate non-conformances and recommend corrective actions
  • 7Review documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • 8Reconcile and close batch records
  • 9Support management during inquiries and investigations
  • 10Ensure timely release of finished goods
  • 11Maintain quality records reports logs and retention samples
  • 12Coordinate destruction of expired records documents and products
  • 13Participate in customer and regulatory audits
  • 14Prepare documentation for external audits

Requirements11

  • 1Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • 2Experience in Dietary Supplement or Pharmaceutical industry preferred
  • 3Working knowledge of cGMPs
  • 4Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • 5Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 6Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • 7Flexibility to work overtime when required
  • 8High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 9ASQ CQA or CHA certification preferred
  • 10Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • 11Close peripheral and distance vision
