What You'll Do9

Requirements11
- 1Minimum 5+ years experience in DDD quality assurance roles
- 2Valid CPR and First Aid certification
- 3BCBA certification preferred
- 4Ability to lift 75 lbs independently
- 5Complete background check clearance
- 6PhD or Master's degree in Human Services preferred
- 7Proven leadership experience in group home settings
- 8Excellent crisis intervention skills
- 9Strong knowledge of Arizona developmental disability laws
- 10Experience with electronic health record systems
- 11Valid driver's license for travel between locations
