What You'll Do11
- 1Build targeted case management services supporting individuals set goals and take meaningful steps toward them
- 2Complete assessments create individualized service plans and connect clients with appropriate resources
- 3Navigate barriers celebrate progress along the way
- 4Provide skills training daily living support and psychosocial rehabilitation offering family focused services like parenting support and relationship building
- 5Step in with crisis support when needed most
- 6Collaborate with care providers families and agencies to build wraparound support networks
- 7Stay in touch with clinical supervisor update on client progress advocate for clients
- 8Participate in supervision and professional development contribute to team meetings and quality improvement conversations
- 9Maintain accurate documentation stay updated weekly
- 10Support special projects group supervision or new initiatives
- 11Drive growth and quality improvement by participating in supervision and sharing input on quality processes
Requirements10
- 1Currently residing in Austin Texas
- 2Male candidates encouraged to apply
- 3Strong ability to communicate with Spanish speaking clients
- 4Bachelor’s degree or higher in psychology social work counseling or related field
- 5Current registration as QMHP-CS through Texas Health & Human Services Commission
- 6Experience in community mental health preferred
- 7Proven documentation skills and knowledge of state compliance requirements
- 8Kind heart strong work ethic passion for supporting others
- 9Willingness to complete background check CPR and First Aid certification
- 10Ongoing commitment to 20 hours of mental health specific training annually
