You will monitor CAD systems, radio traffic, and CCTV cameras, coordinating field units and contractors. What You'll Do9
- 1Dispatch security officers to calls using CAD and radio systems, prioritizing based on urgency.
- 2Monitor CCTV cameras, fire alarms, and burglar alarms to detect incidents and coordinate response.
- 3Answer emergency and non-emergency phone calls, gather details, and route units accordingly.
- 4Track field unit status and location in CAD; maintain radio communication per FCC regulations.
- 5Log all radio transmissions into CAD to ensure accurate records.
- 6Enforce the property Code of Conduct with patrons, tenants, and employees.
- 7Prepare detailed incident reports for management and legal review.
- 8Maintain equipment inventories, including keys and radios, for dispatched personnel.
- 9Monitor contractor activity and parking systems to identify safety or security issues.
Requirements8
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 22+ years of security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
- 3Basic computer skills, including Excel and Word.
- 4Must be 21 years or older.
- 5Valid driver's license.
- 6Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- 7Strong communication and customer service skills.
- 8Capable of walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
