  • 1Associate's degree in Nursing for Public Health Nurse I role
  • 2One year full-time nursing experience or Bachelor's degree for Public Health Nurse II
  • 3Current North Carolina RN license holder
  • 4Valid CPR certification and driver's license
  • 5Successful completion of credentialing course within one year of hire
  • 6Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
  • 7Commitment to health equity initiatives and community outreach
  • 8Experience with NC Board of Nursing competency requirements
  • 9Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • 10Willingness to work in onsite Charlotte location with payroll benefits
