- 1Drive standardization and process review governance across PT teams and global functions
- 2Own and govern global QMS across Power Transmission Business Management System aligning with ISO 9001 standards
- 3Lead BMS and align with ISO 9001 requirements
- 4Maintain and improve global quality processes and work instructions
- 5Coordinate ISO certification activities and support external audits
- 6Develop and execute internal audit program across PT
- 7Partner with regional and functional teams to address audit findings
- 8Monitor compliance maturity and identify process improvement opportunities
- 9Support external audits and ensure timely closure of audit actions
- 10Serve as PT business owner for enterprise quality management systems and digital platforms
- 11Represent PT requirements to digital technology teams and external solution providers
- 12Drive continuous improvement of digital quality processes and dashboards
- 13Ensure effective deployment and adoption of quality system processes across PT teams
- 14Maintain understanding of integration points across quality systems and ERP platforms
- 15Support competency frameworks for Quality function development
- 16Coordinate onboarding and training programs for quality processes and digital tools
- 17Foster quality culture and continuous improvement across PT
- 18Lead quality communication initiatives and cross-functional engagement
Requirements16
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
- 3Ability to translate business needs into process and system requirements
- 4Experience driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- 5Proficiency with data visualization tools like Power BI and AI automation platforms
- 6Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or related field
- 78-10+ years experience in quality management and leadership roles
- 8Expertise in ISO 9001 standards and audit readiness in global manufacturing
- 9Hands-on experience leading ISO 9001 certification and audit programs
- 10Experience within SAP ERP environments and quality system integrations
- 11Familiarity with Power BI and AI tools for quality processes
- 12Strong track record of improving business systems and dashboards globally
- 13Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- 14Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous
- 15Ability to travel internationally without significant visa restrictions
- 16Positions includes variable bonus plan with 15% target incentive
