We seek a compassionate Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to deliver comprehensive mental health care in Baltimore. What You'll Do11
- 1Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate mental health and substance use disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans
- 2Prescribe psychotropic medications and monitor their effects adjusting dosages as necessary
- 3Conduct individual/family therapy sessions addressing mental health management substance use disorders emotional disorders and nutritional deficiencies
- 4Collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure continuity and holistic care of patients
- 5Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations
- 6Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in psychiatric nursing
- 7Develop individualized treatment plans
- 8Order and interpret lab results for all clients on caseload
- 9Treat client population according to company guidelines and standard operating procedures
- 10Document client visits and progress
- 11Complete individualized treatment plans and provide therapy as needed
Requirements10
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Master’s degree in Nursing with a focus on Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program
- 3Current ANCC certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- 4Active Maryland state nursing license
- 5Malpractice/liability insurance
- 6Strong knowledge of psychopharmacology and patient assessment techniques
- 7Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations
- 8Commitment to providing empathetic and culturally competent care
- 9Hybrid model (2-3 days onsite)
