Lead the hospitality experience at our Indianapolis location while supporting a culture of mutual growth and nourishment. You will deliver exceptional service across multiple roles to ensure guests feel valued and well-fed.
What You'll Do8
- 1Provide the highest possible level of hospitality, quality and value to the customer
- 2Engage customers and develop relationships, contacts, and networking
- 3Maintain a positive attitude and foresee resolve potential issues during shifts
- 4Work various positions including food assembly, prep, blend station, cashier, and expo
- 5Prepare high quality products consistently adhering to set standards and recipes
- 6Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas
- 7Deliver free meals and discounts on all favorite snacks
- 8Foster a supportive environment with awesome new friends
Requirements9
- 1At least 18 years of age
- 2Clear and professional demeanor
- 3Ability to communicate effectively and multi-task efficiently
- 4Strong guest service and hospitality skills
- 5Passion for nutrition and active lifestyle
- 6Essential physical functions: lift 50 pounds, stand/walk 5-8 hours per shift
- 7Tolerate allergen exposure: peanuts, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood, shellfish
- 8Work in warm and cool environments both indoors and outdoors
- 9Experience with protein-rich menu options and dietary customization
