What You'll Do8
- 1Drive OCM strategy for 3+ concurrent enterprise projects, applying Prosci ADKAR model to accelerate adoption.
- 2Partner with project managers to integrate change plans into Jira and MS Project, tracking readiness metrics weekly.
- 3Deliver impact assessments for SAP and Salesforce rollouts, mitigating resistance across 500+ end users.
- 4Coach senior leaders on Prosci sponsorship tactics, securing visible executive support.
- 5Develop and execute communication plans using SharePoint and Workday, ensuring clear messaging.
- 6Design and run training sessions for Microsoft Teams and ServiceNow, measuring post-training proficiency.
- 7Lead change network of 20 change champions, building capability through Prosci toolkits.
- 8Monitor adoption KPIs, adjusting strategies to hit 90% user adoption within first quarter.
Requirements8
- 15+ years leading OCM initiatives in corporate settings, with Prosci Certification required.
- 23+ years applying Prosci ADKAR model on technology transformations (e.g., SAP, Salesforce).
- 32+ years using change management tools like Jira and SharePoint for tracking and reporting.
- 4Proven ability to influence C-level executives without formal authority.
- 5Experience in Agile and Waterfall project environments, integrating OCM into hybrid delivery.
- 6Strong facilitation and presentation skills for workshops with up to 50 participants.
- 7Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 8Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) is a plus.
