Overview
You will own organizational change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes and technologies at scale. You partner with project teams and business leaders to ensure readiness and minimize resistance. This role centers on applying the Prosci methodology to complex transformations. You bring 5+ years of change management experience to a long-term contract in Utah.
What You'll Do8

Requirements7
- 1Prosci Certification required.
- 25+ years leading organizational change initiatives.
- 3Proven ability to apply the Prosci methodology across projects.
- 4Experience with SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
- 5Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- 6Ability to work onsite in Utah from day one.
- 7Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field.
