Requirements10
- 12+ years of Property Manager experience with market-rate residential properties
- 2Experience with luxury Class A or high-end multifamily communities preferred
- 3Polished professional presence with passion for hospitality and resident service
- 4Strong leadership and people-management skills
- 5Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- 6Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use property management systems
- 7Strong financial, leasing, and operational understanding
