- 7Establish collaborative relationships with internal and external teams
- 8Manage contracts and secure certificates of insurance from vendors
- 9Monitor cash flow and handle collections for capital improvements
- 10Oversee work orders and architectural control applications
- 11Organize file systems and update property communications
Requirements11
- 1Florida CAM license and valid driver’s license
- 25+ years building management experience
- 3Proficiency with AWS, React, Kubernetes, and Spark/Airflow
- 4Strong financial management and budgeting skills
- 5Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- 6Ability to run BOD meetings and adhere to Roberts Rules
- 7Knowledge of state regulations and community policies
- 8Flexibility for extended hours including evenings and weekends
- 9Bilingual English and Spanish fluency preferred
- 10Experience with property management software and reporting tools
- 11Commitment to safety standards and professional conduct
