- 9Assume property maintenance oversight ordering approving repairs inspecting condition scheduling maintenance preparing vacant units for lease
- 10Maintain understanding of contracts with funders complete accurate reports ensure compliance
- 11Work with Area/Regional Managers plan decisions at property
- 12Review site paperwork tenant files for proper procedures document reports provide updates to upper management
- 13Provide quarterly feedback on property improvements needed
- 14Conduct staff meetings planning sessions
- 15Attend community tenant HOA meetings
- 16Apply knowledge of property management software review staff work summary reports assist with accuracy corrections

- 20Conduct monthly site condition reviews review tenant units ensure buildings well maintained

- 22Complete Capital Needs Assessment report
- 23Prepare annual preventive maintenance schedule monitor implementation
- 24Document incidents operational issues within 24 or 48 hours

- 26Utilize PPE follow protocols maintain daily asset management low vacancies
Requirements12
- 1Four years property management experience building with more than 50 units elevators security
- 2Experience landlord/tenant Fair Housing laws
- 3Develop implement monitor policies project troubleshooting
- 4Understanding of budget reading document spreadsheet programs record keeping report preparation
- 5Experience with low income housing projects
- 6Working knowledge of Low Income Housing Tax Credit HUD Public Housing Section 8 compliance
- 7Two years supervisory experience providing training developing staff skills
- 8Experience working with homeless people housing first mode
- 9Reliable transportation
- 10Valid Washington State driver's license driver liability insurance
- 11Pass driving record check
- 12Pass background check drug screen
