What You'll Do9
- 1Support project managers with project setup cost tracking forecasting and EAC analysis
- 2Monitor portfolio performance including margin variance unbilled and A/R
- 3Prepare financial reports and quarterly forecasts for assigned markets
- 4Assist with opportunity tracking and risk management activities
- 5Develop job aids and templates to improve PM compliance
- 6Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate project data in ERP systems
- 7Provide financial analysis to support decision-making and performance improvement
- 8Serve as a day-to-day resource advocating for project managers
- 9Create dashboards to track project metrics and operational workflows
Requirements9
- 14-7 years experience in project controls or PMO support within AEC or professional services
- 2Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel financial modeling and variance analysis
- 3Proficiency with Deltek Vantagepoint or Oracle ERP platforms
- 4Knowledge of PMI frameworks and project lifecycle management
- 5Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- 6Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments
- 7Background in developing cost management tools or operational dashboards
- 8Familiarity with individual training in financial performance
- 9Understanding of AEC industry project delivery models
