Overview
Lead construction of ground-up Distribution Center Warehouse projects across Tennessee and Georgia. Oversee project specifications budgets staffing and execution. Manage vendor negotiations contract administration and change orders. Ensure safety compliance and coordinate daily site activities. Provide regular status updates to senior leadership. Recruit and supervise project teams. Conduct inspections and adjust plans as needed. Seeking candidate with 5+ years experience managing multiple construction projects and 3+ years leading teams.
