What You'll Do11

- 7Generate financial reports for executive leadership and ensure regulatory compliance

- 10Maintain thorough documentation of contracts change orders and project milestones
- 11Oversee closing procedures including final paperwork and warranty transfers
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Civil Engineering or related field with 5+ years sitework project management experience
- 2Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale construction initiatives
- 3Strong expertise in sitework grading excavation and utility installation
- 4Expertise in project management software such as Procore Primavera or Microsoft Project
- 5Excellent communication skills for client subcontractor and team interactions
- 6OSHA Safety Certification preferred but not required
- 7Demonstrated problem solving attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
