What You'll Do11
- 1Lead planning execution and delivery of construction projects adhering to timelines budgets and quality standards
- 2Coordinate schedules using ProCore or similar software to optimize resources and workflow
- 3Manage cross-discipline teams including subcontractors engineers and site personnel fostering communication
- 4Oversee site activities ensuring safety regulation code compliance and environmental standards
- 5Review plans blueprints and specifications for accuracy and feasibility prior to commencement
- 6Monitor budgets through construction budget management practices tracking costs and implementing savings
- 7Maintain documentation of contracts change orders progress reports and compliance records
- 8Utilize construction management tools like ProCore Bluebeam or equivalents for tracking and reporting
- 9Procure materials timely by coordinating with suppliers based on schedules
- 10Conduct site inspections assessing progress quality control and safety compliance addressing issues promptly
- 11Facilitate stakeholder communication via coordination meetings and status updates
Requirements5
- 1Proven experience managing large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects
- 2Extensive knowledge of construction regulations safety standards and compliance procedures
- 3Strong background in construction estimating scheduling including Primavera P6 and cost management
- 4Ability to lead teams in construction management with excellent leadership skills
- 5Proficiency with contracts blueprints and project management software such as ProCore
