What You'll Do7
- 1Drive PLM enhancement and implementation initiatives from kickoff to deployment, owning schedules, dependencies, and risks.
- 2Coordinate business, engineering, IT, and vendor teams to align on scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- 3Manage testing activities, including test plans, execution, and defect tracking, to ensure deployment readiness.
- 4Communicate status, decisions, and risks to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- 5Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to resolve dependencies and remove blockers.
- 6Ensure change management and training plans accompany system releases to drive adoption.
- 7Track and report program metrics, adjusting plans to meet business goals.
Requirements6
- 115+ years of project management experience, with a focus on PLM or engineering systems.
- 2Strong planning and coordination skills across complex, cross-functional programs.
- 3Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating technical details for business audiences.
- 4Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter or similar PLM platforms.
- 5Proven ability to manage schedules, dependencies, and risks in an engineering environment.
- 6Experience with testing and deployment readiness for enterprise software.
Salary Insight
$125 - $162k per year
