Project Manager (Northeast Warranty Advisor)
Overview
The Project Manager leads new construction project initiatives across a defined region. This role oversees end-to-end coordination of internal and external processes from initial due diligence through grand opening. The ideal candidate excels in delivering complex projects while maintaining strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
What You'll Do8
- 1Lead and schedule meetings/calls prepare agendas develop and maintain master project schedules to align with project phases
- 2Participate in client project calls create detailed note summaries identify action items for internal external stakeholders
- 3Provide follow-up between calls to advance project momentum
- 4Collaborate with Real Estate Managers Construction Managers Project Managers Architects Civil Engineers General Contractors
- 5Maintain detailed project schedules using preferred project management software oversee client managed scheduling systems
- 6Report major issues findings and recommendations to Account Manager/Director
- 7Establish goals and timetables for regional workload of 30-50 new construction projects
- 8Drive oversight of project execution ensuring accurate date tracking and reporting
Requirements6
- 1Minimum 7 years in engineering construction or project management accountability roles
- 2Proven ability to travel 50 percent of time
- 3Bachelor degree in Engineering Construction Management Architecture Urban/City Planning
- 4Experience with warranty advisory services in commercial real estate
- 5Strong communication skills oral and written proficiency
- 6Multi-tasking organizational proficiency technical consultation abilities
Salary Insight
$102 - $120k per year
