This is a permanent role based in Brooklyn, NY, offering a competitive salary of $95,000-$115,000 and full benefits. You will drive continuous improvement in a high-volume production environment, where your decisions directly shape product availability.

What You'll Do8

  • 1Build and manage project schedules for 10+ concurrent initiatives, tracking milestones and critical paths using MS Project and Excel.
  • 2Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality teams to align deliverables on time and within budget.
  • 3Drive risk assessment and mitigation plans for each project, escalating issues to stakeholders with clear recommendations.
  • 4Own project budgets up to $2M, monitoring spend and forecasting variances weekly.
  • 5Facilitate cross-functional meetings, documenting decisions and action items for leadership review.
  • 6Track vendor performance and logistics for international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.
  • 7Deliver weekly status reports to senior management, highlighting progress and blockers with data visualization in Power BI.
  • 8Implement process improvements to reduce cycle times by 15% within the first year.

Requirements7

  • 15+ years managing operations or manufacturing projects in electronics or related industries.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent technical field.
  • 3PMP certification preferred, with experience using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • 4Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and budget.
  • 5Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and Power BI for planning and reporting.
  • 6Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
