Overview
The Project Manager oversees project execution at scale, coordinating engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery. You will mentor team members, drive process improvements, and manage risks across programs. You will work with clients and internal study contractors to align milestones and reporting. This role emphasizes executive communications and proactive leadership to deliver complex projects.

- 5Lead weekly stakeholder update meetings and prepare executive presentations
- 6Ensure project kickoff milestones are completed according to procedures
- 7Coordinate activities among internal teams and study contractors
- 8Identify, monitor, and escalate project risks and issues as needed
- 9Provide project leadership to ensure successful execution and delivery
- 10Lead client meetings and drive decision making through clear communication
Requirements9
- 1Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering
- 23+ years of project management experience
- 3Experience leading programs and cross-functional teams
- 4Previous management experience
- 5Customer-facing experience with strong stakeholder management skills
- 6Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- 7Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and drive results
- 8Strong technical aptitude and comfort working with technology
- 9Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Salary Insight
