Project Manager, EHR Integrations & Healthcare IT
Overview
You will run delivery for the North America EHR integration roadmap at Heidi, owning timelines from scoping to go-live for EPIC, Oracle Health, WELL Health, and OSCAR Pro. You sit inside the Regional Integrations Reliability swimlane, coordinating engineering, product, and Customer Success to hit real dates and keep the paper trail clean for gate reviews. With 18 million clinician hours returned and 2 million patient visits weekly, you will hold the line on reliability and surface blockers before they become fires. This role stands out because you own the outcome, not just the coordination.
What You'll Do8
- 1Own milestone plans for the EHR integration roadmap, delivering defensible dates for EPIC, Oracle Health, eCW, and athenahealth builds.
- 2Track every build from scoping through go-live, actively reprioritizing around reliability and build demands.
- 3Triage incoming requirements and incidents, route them to the right engineer, and close the loop with Customer Success.
- 4Drive the integration stage-gate process, ensuring Sev-1/Sev-2 history and test coverage meet gate review standards.
- 5Align commercial teams on integration timelines and lead development of demo and onboarding enablement materials.
- 6Surface blockers early across technical, resourcing, and vendor sides to prevent slipped dates from reaching customer calls.
- 7Build and maintain reporting for PM and NA leadership to steer data-led decisions on delivery health.
- 8Manage vendor and EHR-partner relationships from technical scoping through certification and launch.
Requirements6
- 14+ years in project or program management, ideally in healthcare tech, SaaS integrations, or technical delivery.
- 2Comfort reading technical scopes to know when a timeline is real versus optimistic.
- 3Track record of running multiple concurrent workstreams without losing detail.
- 4Direct, low-drama communication that tells the truth about timelines without prompting.
- 5Experience cross-functionally with engineering, product, and sales or customer success.
- 6Bonus: prior exposure to EHR/EMR ecosystems, FHIR, HL7, or health system IT procurement cycles.
